About Holidays

Every student has to attend at least 90% classes according to the college rules. It is very important to be present in the classes as students are not to do any external coaching therefore college authority has taken the following decisions to restrict the holidays which are not mentioned in the academic calendar.

1.      In case of any holiday, students have to pay 50TK for each general class & 100TK for every SSP class.

2.      If any student is absent for an emergency s/he has to inform the college before 8.45am that day otherwise the fine will be doubled.

3.      If any student needs to take few days holiday s/he has to pay firstly to the accounts 50Tk for each class as many classes s/he is going to miss after that s/he will apply to the authority for holiday.

4.      The collected money as a fine will be spend in the make up class for absent students so application for leave of absence will not be accepted.

So Students & Guardians are being informed to follow the mentioned holidays in academic calendar to accomplish family or personal programs. If it is done student will be 100% present in the classes as well as be awarded.
